Amid the the Covid-19 pandemic, Phadria announced the magazine’s 'Go Digital Grant' which awarded female freelancers with funding in order to take their businesses digital.
In October 2020 to mark Black History Month, she launched the 'Letter to My Younger Self' campaign, which took over London Underground billboards, telling the story of 33 notable black women.
In November 2020, Phadria led the #IPLEDGE campaign which saw 22 international female leaders pledge for the change they would each make in their industries, and communities ahead of 2021. The pledges totalled £1 million, and reached over 150,000 women.
In January 2021, she introduced the WOTC Powerlist 100, a stellar line-up of some of the most innovative and transitional female leaders across the globe, and tackled traditional power lists which were heavily dominated by white, middle-aged men, and very few women. The issue also honoured 20 young leaders in the magazine's 'Ones to Watch' list.
The #NowWmn Summit opened its virtual doors in March 2021 and brought together hundreds of new faces to speak alongside leading business women and executives as hosts and panelists, across six consecutive days of invaluable, insightful and inspiring live talks, interviews, masterclasses, mentoring sessions and hands-on workshops
WOTC Fashion Week was created to provide access to those who aren't typically granted access into the closed doors of fashion. In 2021 at the WOTC Fashion Week breakfast, Prendergast honoured Malaika founder Noëlla Coursaris Musunka, in her global quest to help the girl child.
Introduced in December 2021, the annual New Faces Awards ceremony brought together a new cohort of trailblazers, recognising their positive contributions to their communities and industries.
The #NowWoman campaign marked Women’s History Month 2022 with 13 everyday women as cover girls from leading NHS doctors and lawyers to women who had built global businesses one step at a time. The campaign and issue showcased every woman, encapsulating female expectations, and instead empowering and inspiring women and young girls everywhere.
She hosted the Big Beauty Summit 2022 which brought together an array of world leaders and first ladies, as well as several C-suite leaders from MAC, LVMH, Dior and Snapchat, alongside hundreds of female founders and aspiring beauty enthusiasts. Four budding beauty entrepreneurs were also awarded with a £10,000 grant after pitching their business live on the day.
