Making her start in 2013, Phadria has evolved from savvy sales girl working for fashion giants like Victoria's Secret and Yoox NET-A-PORTER Group to influential storyteller, reshaping media as one of the first editors to have other magazine editors on a WOTC Magazine cover.

Since being at the helm of WOTC, she has taken its community from national to global, with over 250,000 readers in 100 countries, placing everyday women on WOTC's glossy front covers as the new role models of the next generation, and has led a revolution in the publishing world having multiple cover stars for each issue - the most being 33 at a single time.

The publication's global covers stars have included Bobbi Brown; Jo Malone CBE; Jamie Kern Lima, L’Oreal’s first female CEO and founder of multi-billion-pound beauty company IT Cosmetics; Starling bank founder and CEO, Anne Boden; Marigay McKee, former President of Saks Fifth Avenue and fashion director at Harrods; British Fashion Council’s CEO Caroline Rush; Mariya Dykalo, creative director of Aspinal of London; former First Lady of Belize, Kim Simplis Barrow; Millie Kendall MBE, CEO and founder of British Beauty Council; Toni Ko, founder of multi-million-pound beauty company NYX; Marine Tanguy of MTArt Agency, Labour MP Dawn Butler and Brooke Wall, founder of The Wall Group.

She has led major WOTC campaigns and projects such as its coveted taxi campaign, which launched the publication's annual ‘fashion issue’ and has showcased former cover girls Conna Walker, of House of CB and Nöella Coursaris Musunka of Malaika, and the 2022 Women's History Month campaign 'The Now Woman,' which featured Rochelle Humes and EL&N London founder Alexandra Miller.
